Farm Info

Las Veraneras Farm, owned by Rodrigo Sanchez and his wife Claudia, is located in the Peñas Blancas mountain range between Acevedo and Pitalito in Huila, Colombia, at elevations of 1,500–1,750 meters above sea level. Surrounded by more than 200 hectares of protected forest, the farm grows over 20 specialty coffee varieties, including Sudan Rume, Mocca, Caturra Purpura, Pacamara, Geisha, and Bourbon, benefiting from rich natural biodiversity and ideal high-altitude conditions for producing exceptional specialty coffee.

Ripe coffee cherries with Brix levels above 24 are harvested, floated, and oxidized for 36 hours to concentrate sugars. The coffee is then pulped, fermented for 65 hours in maceration tanks, washed, and dried for 24–25 days to develop a balanced and flavourful cup profile.
